With that full white supercilium extending over bill, clean white underparts and all that white on T6, T5 and T4, this is what I’d be looking for in a homeyeri. I didn’t get to see the extent of the white wing patch (onto the basal half of the secondaries) but the rump and uppertail coverts were strikingly white. Note also the apparent lack of white in the all black greater coverts, but extensive white to the tips and outer webs of the secondaries.
This individual looks extremely similar in structure and plumage to the Shrike seen on 25 March 2013.
